Blue Lagoon Hotel
Carsi Cd.

This three-pearl hotel is close to the beaches and amenities in Oludeniz, yet able to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, drawing couples and families alike to the low-key setting. The 73-room property has a large pool (some rooms have direct access out their patio doors), a restaurant, and a bar. Garden areas provide refuge and even herbs -- picked fresh from the bartenders to use in drinks such as mojitos. Rooms are modern but bare, with the decor only coming from the linens; however, guests must pay for use of the mini-fridges and air-conditioning. Note the hotel closes every year from November to May. Some travelers may prefer to stay at the Pine Hill Hotel and Suites, which, while farther from the beach, provides more amenities -- at no extra fee -- for a three pearl hotel.

Montana Pine Resort
Oludeniz Mahallesi

Scenically set on a wooded hilltop with stunning views over the natural surroundings, this charming mid-range resort offers a relaxing all-inclusive stay in an enchanted setting. There are three outdoor pools on the lovely grounds, as well as two kids' pools. The property has a spa, modest fitness facilities, a kids' club, and unobtrusive day/evening entertainment. A buffet restaurant is the main dining destination, plus there's an a la carte eatery as well as a poolside restaurant and a couple of bars. The 159 guest rooms are clean and inviting, decked out in pine wood furniture and offering amenities like flat-screen TVs, minibars, and free Wi-Fi. It's about a 10-minute ride to Ölüdeniz in the hotel's free shuttle. For something by the beach, check out Club Belcekiz Beach Hotel.

Liberty Hotels Lykia
Faralya Mah. Kidrak Sokak 6

The upscale, all-inclusive Liberty Hotels Lykia is an expansive 645-room mega-resort with a private beach, about a 10-minute drive from main strip in Oludeniz. Modern rooms are housed in three-story villas with balconies, and equipped with flat-screen TVs, minibars, and safes. Extensive features include 19 pools -- some adult-only and other with waterslides, plus seven restaurants and nearly as many bars. It has a fitness center, although guests get a work out walking around the hilly terrain and a myriad of sports options such as mini-golf and basketball. For sore muscles, guests can use the Turkish bath and spa. Day or night, activities, retail shopping, and entertainment abound. Couples looking for a less bustling atmosphere but similarly high-end digs should check out sister property Sentido Lykia Resort & Spa next door.

Liberty Hotels Oludeniz
Belcegiz Mah. Carsi Cad. No:10

Liberty Hotels is an upper-middle-range property on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, near the main strip and within a 10-minute walk of the Blue Lagoon. The hotel attracts both couples and families with its array of amenities, including three pools: the main pool, one for children, and one for adults only. The buffet restaurant and bar receive rave reviews and have outdoor seating with occasional live entertainment. A fitness room and Turkish bath are on-site, as is a kids' club. The 203 rooms are contemporary, outfitted with flat-screen TVs, minibars, and balconies, though some have disappointing views. Note that the hotel closes in the winter. Liberty attracts repeat guests for a reason, but couples may prefer the less lively Hotel Morina

The Pine Hill Hotel & Suites
Hisaronu Mahallesi, 196. Sokak No: 4

The family-run Pine Hill Hotel & Suites is an upper-middle-range property that gets rave reviews from guests for its stylish rooms, central location, and fantastic food. The 83 rooms have attractive decor, flat-screen TVs, and coffee- and tea-making facilities, plus some have kitchenettes. Many guests, typically couples and families from Europe, return for its pretty pool area, free shuttle to the gorgeous Oludeniz Beach, and on-site spa. Also a standout is the Pine Hill Restaurant serving quality food made with farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as the lively Reef Bar. This is easily one of the top hotels in the area, but families may prefer Liberty Hotels Hisaronu, which has a pool with waterslides and a kids' club.

Tonoz Beach Hotel
Belcekiz Mevki Carsi Cad. No:3

The mid-range Tonoz Beach Hotel is located right on the main strip in Oludeniz, just a two-minute walk to the beach. The 70 rooms were updated in 2015, and while they're small and lack balconies, flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and tea- and coffee-making facilities are provided. Adequate on-site facilities include a small outdoor pool, spa with lovely Turkish bath, and a restaurant and bar serving well-reviewed food and drinks. Free Wi-Fi and free shuttle service to Billy's Beach adds to its value, but note that in-room safes and air-conditioning require a fee. Travelers looking for more activity and features on-site should consider the Pine Hill Hotel and Suites, but it's not within walking distance of the beach.

Montebello Resort
Belcegiz Mahallesi

The upper-middle-range Montebello Resort is a family-friendly all-inclusive occupying prime real estate in Oludeniz, within easy strolling distance of the beach and restaurants. The modern villa complex has a pleasant, albeit not functional, river pool running parallel to paved pathways and terraces. Not to fret, though, the resort has a main pool with gorgeous views, a kids’ pool with fountain, and a pool with two waterslides. Additional features include a kids' club and organized activities, play a well-equipped spa and small gym. The 150 contemporary rooms have air conditioners, flat-screen TVs, and furnished balconies or patios. There are multiple restaurants and bars on-site, but food quality and variety receives lots of complaints. Couples seeking a quieter experience may want to check out the more intimate Oyster Residences.

Suncity Hotel & Beach Club
Oludeniz Mahallesi 228. Sk.

The mid-range Suncity Hotel & Beach Club is a family-friendly all-inclusive located within a five-minute walk of the beach. The 244 rooms have contemporary furniture, plus flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and furnished balconies or patios. Three pool areas include a large one with activities and separate kiddy pool, an adult-only one, and another indoors. Though not along the beach, the hotel provides shuttle transportation to a beach with free loungers. Several restaurants and bars, as well as a mini-market, are on-site. A Turkish bath and spa appeal to adults, while a playground, kids' club, and sports facilities are available for younger guests. It's worth comparing rates with the similar Montebello Resort, though it lacks an adult-only pool.

Oyster Residences
Oludeniz Mahallesi, Belcekiz Mevki, 224 Sok. No: 1

The upscale Oyster Residence Oludeniz is an adult-only (ages 14 and up) boutique along the beach in Oludeniz. Decor throughout is shabby chic and hip bohemian, appealing to mostly young-to-middle-aged couples. The 26 rooms are individually decorated in appealing furnishings, and come with minibars and flat-screen TVs. The pool is shaded by olive trees and surrounded by lounge chairs, hammocks, and pillowed daybeds. The restaurant and bar provide quality dishes plus gorgeous views. The neighboring bars can pose a noise problem, however, and light sleepers should bring ear plugs. This is an excellent option, but the seven-room Beyaz Yunus provides an even more intimate and elegant stay.

Yel Holiday Resort
Ovacik Oludeniz

The 133-room Yel Holiday Resort is a mid-range all-inclusive, located in the quieter Oludeniz neighborhood of Ovacik. Though no beaches are within walking distance, the hotel offers a free shuttle to Billy’s Beach, where guests can rent sunbeds. Amenities aren't as extensive as similar properties, but they include an outdoor pool with a waterslide, a well-reviewed buffet restaurant, and game room, plus activities and entertainment to keep occupied. Rooms are dated and underwhelming, but they're air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs and mini-fridges. Easy access to nearby Hisaronu's nightlife is a plus, but travelers looking to be closer to the water may prefer the Suncity Hotel & Beach Club.
