A beautiful outdoor pool is situated near the ocean, while the adjacent beach is clean, wide, and swimmable. The decor in most rooms is basic and unmemorable, though all have full kitchens, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and ocean-view balconies. Keep in mind that some rooms are in a building just across the road from the beach. While there is little within walking distance, the restaurants, shops, and other attractions of both Provincetown and Truro are only 10 minutes away by car. The three-pearl Seaglass Inn & Spa offers more modern, stylish rooms in nearby Provincetown, although it lacks a beach and rates will be significantly higher.

The 16-room SandBars on CapeCod Bay is a laid-back hotel on a private beach, open from April to November. The rooms go beyond the expectations of a simple, small property; they feature a chic beach decor, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and the option of a kitchenette and/or a beach balcony (or sliding door) that looks directly to the sand. The few hotel amenities -- such as a fire pit, lounge chairs, free Wi-Fi, and personal interaction with the owners -- draws couples (and some families) to return each year. It may be worth price-checking the nearby Horizons Beach Resort if you're interested in extra room options and a pool.
