Rooms are clean and comfortable, with tango-themed wall murals, bright colors, and unexpected modern touches such as flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. This quirky hotel -- with its laundry facilities, on-site bar, and free breakfast -- appeals to the backpacker or budget traveler crowd. While the price point and fun vibe are appealing, common complaints include noise from the busy street, cramped bathrooms, and unsettling mannequins of Argentine personalities.

This mid-range business hotel stands out only for its ultra-convenient location on the northern side of downtown Buenos Aires. Adequate rooms are large and bright, but have dated decor and feel very bare bones.
