Typical chain-like decor in the rooms is classy, though the windows almost all face the interior of the hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub are extra perks, but their location on the first floor and surrounded on all sides by hallways makes for an awkward ambience. The price is the best value for the area -- rates are certainly much lower than at the nearby Courtyard Boston-Brookline, and include a free shuttle to Longwood Medical.
