The town is a good 15-minute walk from the property, and most people who stay here do so to be away from the crowds. The hotel is surrounded by olive trees and sits on a tiny paved street in an area bordering on rural, though there is a supermarket within easy walking distance for those self-catering. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the main cluster of bars and restaurants in Tsilivi town. The airport is just under 20 minutes away by car.

Guest rooms here hew to the style typical of the area, which means light ceramic tile floors, white walls, and lacquered wood furniture. All have air-conditioning and kitchenettes with larger-than-average mini-fridges, as well as toasters, kettles, and stoves. All rooms have patios with wrought-iron railings, wicker chairs, and cafe-style tables. Bathrooms have glass stall showers and hairdryers. Past guests have noted that the rooms are kept immaculately clean and have raved about high-quality bedding and strong water pressure in showers. The overall look, though, is very basic and plain.

There are two Internet terminals in the lobby and Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area and the bar -- past guests have complained of slow and interrupted connections.
