However, there's no elevator and while pets are welcome, it costs extra to bring them along.

Grand Canyon Inn

Composed of five buildings, the Grand Canyon Inn claims to be the only place to stay within a 30-mile radius of the tiny town of Valle, a half-hour drive from the Grand Canyon. The 72 rooms are spacious and reportedly clean, although there have been complaints of dated linens and sagging beds. Features include a seasonal pool and a kids' pool and Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. The Lodge On Route 66 is a renovated boutique motel, with all the traditional trappings of a Route 66 motor lodge along with some luxury additions. All 18 rooms have been updated with solid wood furniture, oak flooring, and travertine counters. The effect is a warm and intimate yet sophisticated atmosphere that outclasses other hotels in Williams, but the prices are nonetheless reasonable. Perks include free breakfast and Wi-Fi, but there's no pool or fitness center. The adjacent Rodeway Inn & Suites Downtowner-Route 66, run by the same people as The Lodge, provides overflow space and is decorated in a similar fashion.
