There's also a small desk with a computer that serves as a business center, just off to the side of the small front desk. Overall, it has a somewhat dated vibe -- with lots of floral patterns and somewhat worn wooden furniture -- but families appreciate the relaxed vibe.

The White Mountain Hotel and Resort is situated in the mountains, a 10-minute or so drive from North Conway, past a quaint neighborhood and up a few steep hills. The hotel manages to be both convenient to ski lodges, forest trails, and the town, while still feeling secluded and quiet, and the nearby homes and other structures aren’t visible from the main building.
