Quaint and quirky, with old-fashioned charm
The lobby at Eastern Slope is spacious and casual, with mismatched floral rugs and chairs and a big reception desk. This hodge-podge, somewhat dated look pervades the resort, which largely attracts tourists -- both couples and families. Wooden floors and a large fireplace help create a sense of warmth. The entrances to several retail shops, as well as the Flatbread Pizza restaurant and downstairs laundry facilities, are all right off the lobby.

The Eastern Slope Inn is located right off of Route 302 and is the only hotel located right in North Conway Village. A number of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the hotel's close proximity to the 302 makes for an easy drive to the nearby ski resorts, golf courses, and other area attractions.

Rooms range from older and somewhat worn to fresh and modern
Eastern Slope offers a variety of room types, from more classic digs in the main hotel to suites and newish deluxe studios akin to small apartments. The larger accommodations come with full kitchens, fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, and pull-out sofa beds. Some rooms have fold-out murphy beds. The more traditional standard rooms are older and show some wear and tear, while larger rooms were built more recently and consequently feel modern and fresh.
