Rooms
Elegant and well-equipped guest rooms with a Japanese-inspired design theme
The Japanese design theme prevalent in the public areas of the hotel carries over to its elegant guest rooms. Floors are covered in dark hardwood, and the rooms are furnished with minimalist pieces of wood-grain furniture, including streamlined work desks and chairs and round bedside tables. Framed black-and-white photographic prints decorate the walls. The bathrooms either have glass walls and doors, or the bathtubs are located in the bedrooms, as are the vessel sinks. Executive Rooms have separate soaking tubs and showers, and all rooms feature Japanese-style electronic toilets with “wash and dry” functions. Colorful, mismatched tile gives the bathrooms a bit of whimsy.
Air-conditioning, 42-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, minibars, and electric kettles come standard, and the hotel provides free drinking water, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, and bathrobes. Premier Deluxe and Executive Rooms also have microwaves. Some of the rooms have city views, while others are windowless and have no views at all.
