The Norwich Inn is located in downtown Norwich, Vermont right across the river from New Hampshire. Norwich is a quaint town, home to a village green and several restaurants and shops. It embraces the New England small town feel -- historic homes line the streets, there aren't any chain stores or restaurants, and one of its main attractions is the beautiful foliage in the fall season.Many visitors who stay at the Norwich Inn are visiting Dartmouth College, just a two-minute drive from the hotel. Dartmouth offers plenty to do, with a performing arts center and the Hood Museum, as well as numerous sporting events and an infamous winter carnival. Those in town for a longer stay may consider driving to other Vermont towns, such as Woodstock and Quechee.
