The property is built on an urban street not too far from Plaza de la Reina and its cathedral as well as restaurants, museums, and the Central Market. There's a bit of graffiti on Conqueridor's street, but the area is reported as safe, with a supermarket just behind the hotel. Getting to the beaches of Las Arenas and La Malvarrosa requires about a 20-minute drive.
