The owner and his business partner offer a small array of spa services on site, and maintain a small, attractive dining room in the main house where breakfast is served and wine made by the proprietor is on offer. The buildings, which are new and well-maintained, feature stone patios that look out onto the rolling hills and handsome brick archways. The apartments are not fancy, but they are clean and peaceful and a great alternative to the pricier hotels in the area.

The short walk (500 meters) to the (free) Saturnia waterfalls is a particular advantage of this property; the spa complex is a five-minute drive.
