Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites is a six-story apartment-style property, located directly on the beach in Treasure Island. The building's exterior is a sunny yellow, and balconies overlook both the Gulf of Mexico and the town of Treasure Island. A brick drive leads to free self-parking on the first level of the property. The grounds are lushly landscaped with tropical plants and trees. Bubbling water fountains and waterfalls, as well as meandering paths in the courtyard also add ambiance.Inside the lobby, there’s a small front desk area with wicker furniture and decor, and a brochure table with information about nearby attractions. Rooms are connected through outdoor covered walkways and feature full-size kitchens and apartment-style floor plans, including private balconies. Rates are fair for the area.

Rooms are apartment-style with separate living room and bedroom areas, as well as full kitchens with refrigerators, dishwashers, eating utensils, and stovetops. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites are available. The decor has tropical influences such as wicker accents, pelican-shaped lamps, and green or white wooden headboards reminiscent of plantation shutters. Bedding is modern and high quality, though beds themselves are a bit on the small side. Despite a 2012 renovation, some kitchens are a tad more dated than others, and there are also some minor signs of wear (such as scuffed furniture and walls). Bedrooms are carpeted, and there is tile flooring throughout the rest of each unit. Each room has a private balcony, washer/dryer combo, and a sofa bed, as well as a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi.
