Onyx floors contrast with the reception's glowing white front desk, and the floor-to-ceiling windows make for an impressive view. On the opposite end, an open white staircase leads up to a mezzanine with a large banquet hall. The hotel's restaurants are equally sleek and polished, with walls of windows offering stunning city views.

The Royal Park Hotel The Shiodome, Tokyo is situated inside its namesake office tower in Tokyo's futuristic Shiodome neighborhood. It's directly connected to an underpass that links it to Shimbashi and Shiodome stations, making the entire city easily accessible. Shiodome is mostly centered around business pursuits: It's home to the headquarters of All Nippon Airways, Fujitsu, and Nippon Television. For leisure travelers, Hamarikyu Garden on Tokyo Bay, Tsukiji fish market, and the shopping mecca of Ginza are all within a 20-minute walk of the hotel. Haneda Airport is about a 15-minute drive to the south, while Narita International Airport is about an hour drive to the east.

The hotel's 477 rooms have high ceilings and a contemporary decor with a conservative gray, white, and black color palette. Varying textured wallpapers, some with a faint leaf pattern, are sparsely decorated with framed monochrome artwork. Located on the 26th through 38th floors of the building, most rooms (besides Economy Rooms) offer unobstructed city views. All have large work desks with roller chairs and small chaise lounges by the windows, while Deluxe Rooms add sitting areas that have couches and dark wood coffee tables. Flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and electric tea makers come standard, with Keurig coffee machines in some of the rooms. Bathrooms have electronic toilets and Japanese-style baths that have an open walk-in shower next to a deep-soaking tub.
