Inside, the lobby is light and bright, offering a positive first impression. On one side armchairs and tables are placed along a colorful carpet and on the other side of the lobby sits a large marble-topped reception desk with wooden tables to rest luggage. Corridors are bright and well-lit, overlooking a central atrium with a wedding chapel. Throughout the building, sculptures and ornaments with a seaside theme represent the hotel’s proximity to the ocean.

Located in the Tokyo Bay waterfront area, in the Shibaura office district, the hotel is a eight-minute walk from Tamachi train station and a four-minute drive from Shibaura-futo station on the Yurikamome line.
