The Centara Anda Dhevi is one of Ao Nang's more elegant resorts. Located on a side street just up from the beach in central Ao Nang, the Centara is surrounded by other high-end boutique properties. Thai-style rooms have balconies or terraces as well as marble bathrooms with separate tubs and rainfall showers. There's a large swimming pool with a small waterslide, and the on-site Palm Court Restaurant is among Ao Nang's finest, serving gourmet international cuisine. The only major drawback beside the high room rates is that the nearby beach isn't the most pleasant in the area.

The Centara Anda Dhevi is a busy and happening spot in Ao Nang's most fashionable resort area, and attracts families and couples willing to splurge for a semi-luxurious experience. The overall ambience is laid back and casual, but guests of the fancy Palm Court Restaurant and the stylish lobby lounge do tend to dress up a bit. Much of the property is occupied by an enormous swimming pool where guests often lounge throughout the day. The hotel is built to resemble an old Thai manor, and its lobby with comfy cushioned chairs is also a popular hangout spot.

The Anda Dhevi sits on the busy Soi Chic, a side road off of the main Ao Nang Beach Road that's known for its elegant boutique hotels. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and bars just outside of the hotel, but the area is generally more peaceful here than central Ao Nang, a five-minute drive away. The closest beach is a 10-minute walk away, although its rocky shores and shallow waters make it less than ideal for swimming. The Phuket Airport takes just over two hours to reach by car.
