The property is located in La Quinta, a quiet seaside community in Santa Ursula. There are few restaurants, bars and shops in the area, but Puerto de la Cruz is a 10-minute drive away and the hotel offers free shuttle service to the center of the town daily. The nearest beaches -- Los Patos and Santa Ana (also known as Playa del Ancón) -- have black volcanic sand typical of Tenerife and can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. They’re both down dozens of steps in a secluded spot between two small towns, which means fewer tourists venture out there. Tenerife Norte airport is a 20-minute drive away.
