Elite Palace Hotel Stockholm has a strong sense of style. Decor is dark and minimalist, with bright, fun pops of color. The lobby has gray-marble tile floors, chic curved couches, colorful chairs on shaggy carpets, and columns of birch tree trunks placed here and there. The hotel’s restaurant and bar resembles a typical cozy British pub -- with wood-paneled walls, worn booths, leather or wooden chairs, print carpeting, and mismatched printed wallpaper. The library area is a similarly cozy space, with a large selection of books and a striking stained-glass skylight. Alternatively, the breakfast area has sleek tables, gray chairs, and a play area for children. While the hotel isn't in the heart of Stockholm, it offers a solid option for business travelers in the area. 

Situated in the Vasatan neighborhood of Stockholm, Elite Palace Hotel Stockholm is not a great location for tourists, as the city center and main attractions are a 20-minute drive away. Nearby, guests will find galleries, businesses, and a few hospitals. There’s a few restaurants within a five- to 10-minute walk of the hotel. It’s a two-minute walk to the closest bus stop, and an 11-minute walk to the closest T-bana station, Odenplan. Bromma Stockholm Airport is a 26-minute drive from the hotel.

The 262 guest rooms vary in decor, but all are modern. In general, cream walls and contemporary furniture are brightened by pops of color like lime-green or purple. A few designed-influenced pieces like mid-century pendant lights or glass pedestal tables add style -- although some prints and patterns in Standard Rooms feel a touch dated. Room types range from cozy Singles to spacious Studio Apartments with separate living rooms and kitchenettes. Amenities include flat-screen TVs, safes, and free Wi-Fi, while all but Standard Rooms have minibars and kettles, too. Note that some rooms lack air-conditioning and others lack windows. Studio Apartments are great for long-term guests, as they include kitchenettes with two-burner stoves, sinks, microwaves, minibars, cutlery, plates, and cooking supplies. Black-and-white tiled bathrooms have showers or shower/tub combos, toiletries in wall dispensers, and hairdryers, but they can be small. 

Elite Palace Hotel Stockholm’s features are perhaps the property's best selling point, and a true highlight is its wellness area. There’s a full-service spa with beauty and body treatments and a sauna. The hotel’s gym is huge with varied cardio and weight equipment, plus group fitness classes. Unfortunately, guests pay a fee to use it, although the fee is discounted. The Bishop Arms is the hotel’s restaurant, a cozy pub-like restaurant serving British-inspired meals and offering whiskey and beer pairings at the bar. Breakfast is included in the rates, and is served in Restaurant Taabla, which also provides room service. It can be booked for conference lunches as well. The hotel also has 13 fully equipped meeting rooms and a public computer and printer in the lobby. Wi-Fi is free throughout, and there's on-site paid parking.
