The design throughout is stylish and modern, consisting primarily of light neutral tones with occasional pops of bright-pink or blue. The lobby has light-wood floors, a few colored pendant lights, and gray couches, and it's the only common area indoors. Outside, the whitewashed building with balusters and arched cutouts for balconies is charming and typical of the island, plus trees along the perimeter of the property and flowering vines climbing the walls are a lovely touch. The hotel website shows a private hot tub with a beautiful ocean view, but the main pool is less spectacular. It's a nice spot, but the view is hidden behind trees and neighboring buildings. From the lounge a story above the pool, the ocean is partially visible over rooftops.

Parking at Ancient Thera, a popular site on the mountainside, is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The capital city of Fira, with its incredible caldera views, is a 16-minute drive from the hotel. Santorini Airport is 11 minutes away, and the port is a 22-minute drive away.
