The exterior of the Ocean View is futuristic, mixed with Art Deco touches and lovely landscaping that includes crushed stones and succulents. Built in the mid-'90s and renovated in 2014, the Ocean View has a calm, tranquil, beachy atmosphere. Bathed in soothing blues, earthy browns, and futuristic-looking silvers, the common areas have floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light. Fresh orchids, a lovely water wall, and wooden floors give the lobby a calming, meditative quality. Jewelry created by the original owner is displayed in a glass case in the lobby, and is for sale. The open-air hallways contribute to the casual beach vibe, with trees and plants providing privacy but retaining the open feeling. Colorful artwork by Wrapped LA adorns the shared spaces and rooms.
