Simple, cozy atmosphere with various places to relax outdoors
Sea and Sand Inn has amazing views of the water and nearby boardwalk. The property's decor is simple but still provides a cozy atmosphere. The front lobby is small and generic looking -- with brochures, a few benches, and a Mac computer and printer -- leading to the space where guests can enjoy the continental breakfast. The exterior features a small grassy lawn with manicured hedges and a terrace that allows guests to relax while taking in the ocean air.

Rooms
Spacious, clean rooms with ocean views
Guests can fall asleep to the sound of waves in these clean, spacious, and bright rooms. The decor is generally comfy and homey though a bit outdated looking. There are five different types of rooms to choose from, with some of the more luxurious units having a fireplace and whirlpool bath. Each room is carpeted and has simple light wood furniture, a TV, DVD player, a sitting area, and fantastic views of the ocean -- especially from the second floor. The walls are thin, so noise from next door, or even on the beach, can easily be heard. There's also no air-conditioning, so rooms can get hot. Bathrooms are very clean and well maintained, with tiled floors and glass showers.
