Scene
Restored historic building with stylish central atrium and modern decor
Hotel Indigo is situated in an historic building from the 1800s, and features seven-stories with beautiful, ornate facade detailing. The hotel's interior was restored in spring 2014 and features a bright, fresh, and modern look and feel through polished floors, geometric designs, and chic contemporary furniture. Reception's marble floor and matching desk make a luxurious foil for modern pieces like drum-shaped pendant lights and molded chairs. The rising central atrium with mosaic-tiled floors has walls designed to look like an exterior facade (one is even accented in ivy). And eye-catching paper fish sculptures hang from the ceiling. The bar and restaurant have plenty of seating on long white tufted couches, purple armchairs, and gray swoop armchairs accented with nailhead trim. With business-minded amenities and three on-site meeting rooms, this hotel attracts business guests, but its proximity to sightseeing attractions makes it a hotspot for tourists, too.
