Close to public transportation in the residential Parioli district

The Polo Hotel is located in the quiet, residential Parioli district. It's far from Rome's main attractions, but close to a bus stop. Be prepared to take plenty of taxis or stay in the area: Rome's public transportation system is notoriously inadequate.

Rome is known as the "Eternal City" and is full of ancient ruins, museums, cafes, shopping, and famous monuments. Some of the most popular attractions include St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museum, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, and the Colosseum. Some of the best designer shopping can be found on Via Condotti. Rome is also a wonderful city for enjoying people watching in Piazza Navona or Campo dei Fiori.
