There's a lot to like about this small hotel, starting with its tiny and elegant courtyard entrance. The lobby is equally inviting, with modern white sofas that have red-velvet cushions, beautifully patinaed hardwood floors, crown molding, and high-end lighting and decorative accents. A pretty rooftop terrace with potted shrubbery and a table set under a wide umbrella is another attractive place to sit. With no common space in the annex, guests staying there might feel a bit isolated. Overall, both locations fit in seamlessly with the residential area, which is busy with foot traffic during the day. Clientele tends to be vacationing couples, and the hotel also attracts some families and other leisure travelers.

Decor in the annex's 12 units is more modern and mirrors the lobby's appealing style, with bright-white accents and abstract wallpaper, and they tend to be more spacious than guest rooms in the main building.
