Several buildings with red-tiled roofs comprise the hotel, which sits on a lovely sprawling garden full of citrus trees, green lawns, and flowers. The entrance features arched stained-glass windows, while the small lobby is quaint, if dated, with floral artwork, a white couch, and a seating area with wood armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Oriental rugs cover the (slightly dingy) tile floors, and there's a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Large windows provide lots of natural light in the cozy breakfast room, with light-wood tables and white chairs for seating. At the lobby bar, wood chairs and tables surround the small bar area, which has tan granite countertops and a few clear stools. 

The Eurogarden is located next to the Rome ring freeway in a quiet area away from the bustling city center. Public transportation is less than a 10-minute walk away while the Settebagni and Saxa Rubra train stations are a seven-minute drive. The Port of Rome Mall and Villa Ada are a 10-minute drive from the hotel while the Rome city center, Villa Borghese, and the Spanish Steps are 20-minutes. Olympic Stadium and Ciampino Airport are also a 20-minute drive and the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport is 25 minutes by car from the property.

Several different types of rooms are available including Garden Rooms, Junior Suites, and Apartments, all with a homey and pleasant, if dated, decor that includes African wood floors and cherry wood furniture. Plain white walls are adorned with a few pieces of art, which pair with the floral bed runners, while some rooms offer green couches and red armchairs for seating. Mini-fridges are stocked with free bottled water, and flat-screen TVs sit on wood desks or tables. Some rooms are spacious and include slippers, bathrobes, and private courtyards with plants, while others have bathrooms offering jetted showers or tubs. Some of the units get loud highway noise, however. Bathrooms are contemporary with neutral tile, heated towel racks, and hairdryers, and either shower/tub combos or walk-in showers. Toiletries are provided.

The hotel's lovely garden includes a triangular outdoor pool with a small island in the middle, in addition to a shallow area for kids with a metal railing. Statues and greenery surround the area, but there's no seating provided, and the pool is only open seasonally. The free breakfast includes meats, pastries, cereal, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, and coffee served in a pleasant dining room overlooking the garden. There's also a lobby bar that offers beer and wines, and a meeting room is available that can accommodate up to 40 people. A free shuttle to Settebagni and Saxa Rubra train stations is provided, and the hotel also offers free rental bikes; however, the shuttle is only available in the morning, and the rental bikes have limited availability. This hotel is pet-friendly, but there is a fee and only one pet under 25 pounds is allowed per room. Wi-Fi is free throughout, but there is a fee for room service, which has limited hours. Travelers with mobility issues should note that the hotel does not have an elevator.
