Bright and welcoming
On the third floor of a beautiful building along a busy
cobblestone street, this tiny, immaculate, two-bedroom bed and breakfast consists of a one-floor
apartment with freshly painted white walls, black-and-white photos, and brightly colored
IKEA-style furniture, cabinets, and upholstery. A small elevator brings guests and their luggage upstairs. The common areas include just
the small kitchen where guests can help themselves to the stocked fridge of
eggs, yogurt, cheese, and fruit as well as the cappuccino maker.

In shopper-friendly Prati neighborhood
Surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and
banks, and within a five-minute walk of the Vatican Museum and St. Peter’s Basilica, Gil
Scipioni is also about a block from the Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station,
which means easy access to the Colloseum, Roman Forum, and other attractions within 15
minutes. The Roman Court is less than a 10-minute walk away, as is Via Cola di
Rienzo, one of Rome’s most famous strips of clothing stores. One street over,
Piazza Risorgimento is a hub for taxis, buses and trams that can take guests anywhere in the city.
