Scene
Large hotel with chic accents and a romantic atmosphere
This hotel has a grand and clean minimalist design with a white, cream, and brown color scheme that presents itself in the form of wood floors, wood-paneled columns, and chic white accents such as couches, chairs, and planters. Guests have made complaints about dated furnishings and problems with cleanliness in the hallways and common areas, however. Large potted plants and trees dot the building and grounds in the form of hanging plants from the terrace, green grass and trees surrounding the pool, and bushes lining paths meandering through the property. This focus on greenery compliments the stunning, lush views of Parco Villa Doria Pamphili seen from the outdoor terrace and provides a secluded, romantic atmosphere. Guests are mostly couples enjoying the romantic nature of the spa and outdoor terrace, but families can also be found here congregating at the pool and playground.

Rooms
Spacious rooms with flat-screen TVs, minibars, and some with outdoor patios/balconies
The spacious rooms and suites at AtaHotel Villa Pamphili have a similar style. There’s a heavy emphasis on red-cherry or blond wood furniture, white bedding, lightly floral-printed wallpaper, and maroon and tan furniture and accents. Guests have complained about the dated furniture and decor, however, which could use an update. The fairly new Presidential Suite features tastefully trendy decor with white couches and curtains, beige pillows, modern abstract paintings, and wooden floors. Rooms can have up to three beds and include a flat-screen TV, stocked minibar, safe, and free Wi-Fi. Suites add separate sitting areas and coffee/tea facilities. There’s an option of having an outdoor patio with either views of the park, the pool, or the parking lot. The Presidential Suite has a large terrace with tables and chairs. Most bathrooms are fairly small for a hotel of this size, and have either white or reddish-brown marble sinks and tiles as well as bidets, hairdryers, and shower/tub combos. The larger suites have two sinks and a separate whirlpool tub as well as a small shower, while the Presidential Suite has two bathrooms.
Features
Outdoor pool, wellness center, restaurant, and children's playground
The best feature of the hotel is its outdoor pool, which is open in the summer months and has a large sundeck lined with lounge chairs and umbrella-shaded tables. Next to the pool is a children’s playground and the attractive outdoor terrace that can be serviced by the restaurant and lounge bar. The Anima restaurant serves international and Roman dishes, though some guests complain that it's pricey. A breakfast buffet is available for an additional fee. Bar Quintessenza has a large sitting area with posh white chairs and circular tables. Business travelers are catered to with 18 fully-equipped meeting spaces and a business center with computers and a printer. The wellness center includes a fitness center, spa, and a treatment area. A variety of massages and beauty treatments are offered here, and the spa also has an indoor hydro-massage pool with a whirlpool, lounge chairs, a sauna, aromatherapy showers, and Turkish baths. Both are accessible for a fee. The fitness center has dated weight-lifting equipment and a few cardio machines, plus there are six tennis courts on-site.
