The 146-room Lindian Village Beach Resort Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton is a quiet, romantic, luxury getaway geared to couples. There's also a lovely spa and indoor pool, Greek cooking lessons, and a fitness center with personal trainers. Rooms provide modern comforts, and some have private pools. Scene

A quiet beach retreat with modern and romantic facilities

The vibe at the Lindian Village Beach Resort Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton can be summed in two words: exclusivity and luxury. It's a large property with spacious common areas, but the hotel has an intimate feel with a small front desk in the classic beige-and-white lobby, which is furnished with white chandeliers.
Outside, large Turkish lanterns light paths that weave past the hotel’s gardens, manicured ponds, and a white outdoor stage. It’s a short walk -- with mountain views -- to a private beach, where there are showers, stylish canopies, and wooden cushioned lounge chairs. Colorful wooden lounge beds are also positioned under trees -- which are decorated with multicolored lanterns. The shoreline, though, is covered in pebbles.
The chic pool area offers turquoise canopy beds, sleek wooden tables, an outdoor rock shower, sea views, a waterfall, and a bridge that leads to a stylish dome terrace with circular bench sofas.
The charming Olive Tree Spa is also tailored to couples. There are four treatment rooms, an outdoor pavilion that faces the sea, a hot tub, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and an indoor pool with a rock wall.

Location

On the serene beach shores of Lardos

The hotel is on a quiet and rather desolate street on the southeastern side of Rhodes island. The slightly removed Lardos location is positioned off the shores of the beach. It is a little more than an hour's drive to the medieval town of Rhodes, where travelers can visit the Archaeological Museum, Grand Master of Knights Palace, and Ancient Olympic Stadium. A shuttle boat also goes to Rhodes for a fee. The airport is slightly more than an hour's drive. Beautiful views from the Acropolis of Lindos, shopping, and dining are available in the town of Lindos -- 13 minutes away.

Rooms

Luxury rooms with colorful designs, flair, flat-screen TVs, and sea views

Stylish, white furnishings, and cheery yellow and green or tranquil blue fill all rooms and complement the modern touches. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, mini-refrigerators, bathrobes, slippers, beach towels, safes, DVD/CD players, rainfall shower heads, wine coolers, dining/living rooms, canopy beds, and balconies or terraces with sea, pool, or garden views, and free Wi-Fi. There are 82 Mediterraneo Classic Rooms and 64 suites. River Passage Pool Suites have private pools, a garden, and terrace. Others suites -- such as the Ottoman Garden Junior Suites -- have hot tubs. Bathrooms have high-end toiletries and modern fixtures. Some rooms have some minor disrepairs. A welcoming gift basket is left in all rooms.

Features

International gourmet dining, elegant bars, and meeting rooms

Facilities and services cater to the business and romantic needs of guests. The stylish Basil Mediterranean restaurant offers gourmet dining. Buffet meals are served at the bright Almantes restaurant. The Kohilo pool restaurant offers stylish rattan booths on the terrace. The Astroscopus Fish and Oyster restaurant has beautiful views from the second floor. The Thai restaurant has a red Asian-themed interior. There’s also a poolside bar, the Sea Spirit Disco Bar, and the La Piazza Cafe. Candlelight dinners are offered in rooms, the pool dome, or seaside.
For business functions or weddings there are two modern meeting rooms that can fit up to 550 people.
