amenities that can fit into such a compact space. The decor is simple, and the rooms are
spread over three low-rise buildings, but the lobby is several stories high,
with large, crystal chandeliers, plenty of plants, and comfy leather easy
chairs. Vending machines and racks of travel brochures, as well as a subdued
mustard color scheme, keep the atmosphere on the Best Western brand – the inn
could be anywhere in the United States. Guests who prefer a more stylish
hotel should look elsewhere, but the Redondo Beach Inn is clean, comfortable,
and chill, with a pool, sauna, hot tub, and small lounge.

eclectic collection of small shops and cafes. Venice, Hermosa, and Manhattan
Beaches are all nearby -- heaven for beach bums. Redondo Beach pier is three
miles away; an 18-mile seaside bike path takes guests there. (Bikes can
be rented from the hotel.) There are three major golf courses within seven
miles: Sea-Aire, Palos Verdes, and the Lakes at El Segundo. LAX airport is a
10- minute drive away.
