Scene
A polished luxury chalet-style hotel with excellent lake views
Sitting on three well-manicured acres, the Hotel Quintessence feels exclusive, yet also maintains a homey feel, with soft furnishings, stone fireplaces, and lots of wood. There are plenty of luxurious touches throughout, like leather-wrapped wood staircases, glass chandeliers, and stained glass details in arched windows. Traditional leather seating fills the chic lobby, which features hardwood floors and wood panel walls for a polished and sophisticated feel warmed by a large stone fireplace. The hotel's restaurant and wine bar are similarly clad in wood and neutral hues, with beautiful dark wood floors tied to stone pillars and wood ceiling beams. Brown leather chairs and crisp white tablecloths lend an upscale vibe to the restaurant, while the bar's stone accent walls, comfortable armchairs, and leather seating give it a cozier vibe. The restaurant is popular with visitors all over Mont Tremblant, and hotel guests are almost exclusively couples at this hotel.
Location
Right on Lake Tremblant with gorgeous views

Around a 10-minute drive away are the Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort, Casino Mont Tremblant, and Circuit Mont-Tremblant. The Montreal Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport is about a two-hour drive away.
Rooms
Upscale, modern suites with marble countertops and balconies with exquisite lake views
The hotel's spacious suites are elegant and refined, clad in neutral hues like creams and browns complemented by wood furnishings. Tan Berber wool carpets and neutral soft armchairs and couches adorn the spaces, with wood beams throughout. All suites have private balconies or terraces with seating and superb views of Lake Tremblant. Flat-screen TVs sit inside dark wood furniture and all rooms also have beautiful stone fireplaces as well as coffeemakers, minibars, bathrobes/slippers, and free Wi-Fi. Some suites have dining areas in addition to outdoor fireplaces and hot tubs, while others have powder rooms and wet bars. Large, contemporary bathrooms have both claw-foot soaking tubs and separate walk-in showers (some with rainfall showerheads). The marble floors are heated and a supply of Aveda toiletries is provided. Besides the suites, a private, historic cabin on the lake is also available and features an original brick fireplace, cast iron pedestal tub (but no shower), and hardwood throughout.
