Scene

Pretty grounds filled with flora and fauna, as well as stylish public spaces

The vast campground is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, with the area for caravans and tents shaded by olive trees and palm tree pergolas. The grounds are well-maintained and the public spaces are more chic than expected from a standard campsite in this area. The large pool is surrounded by blue loungers. The restaurant is casual but stylishly modern, with a fresh color scheme featuring shades of blue, gray, white, and lime green.

Location

Within walking distance of the water and a short shuttle ride to more popular beaches

The campsite is about a 10-minute walk from the sea, but that beach does not get good reviews from guests. There is a free shuttle to the more desirable beaches of Punta Prosciutto, which is about a 10-minute drive away. Porto Cesareo is about a 15-minute drive from the campsite, while some of the main tourist towns in the region, such as Lecce and Gallipol, are about 45 minutes away by car.

Rooms

Mobile homes that are clean and bright, but on the small side

The fully furnished and air-conditioned mobile homes, which can accommodate up to six people, are on the small side. They’re clean and bright, with a cool, slightly retro feel, including light wooden furniture and lime green fabric banquettes in the fully equipped kitchens. There are small bathrooms with stall showers. The homes are surrounded by beautiful verandas.

Features

A market that sells fresh produce and a bar that serves fresh croissants

Along with the large pool and bathrooms, there is a supermarket that sells fruit and fresh bread. The restaurant serves pizzas and other dishes, while drinks, snacks, and ice cream are available at the bar, which also offers freshly baked pastries (including croissants every morning). Also on the property are a playground and a small arcade with a foosball table. Bicycles are available to rent and the shuttle service to the beach is available from morning to evening at fixed times, though it can get crowded during peak season.
