The vast campground is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, with the area for caravans and tents shaded by olive trees and palm tree pergolas. The campsite is about a 10-minute walk from the sea, but that beach does not get good reviews from guests. There is a free shuttle to the more desirable beaches of Punta Prosciutto, which is about a 10-minute drive away. Porto Cesareo is about a 15-minute drive from the campsite, while some of the main tourist towns in the region, such as Lecce and Gallipol, are about 45 minutes away by car.
