The 60 rooms are spacious and come with amenities like flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi; some have balconies with sea views. The hotel does not have a full restaurant, though room service is available and the Lounge Bar serves a variety of beverages. There's a continental buffet breakfast each morning (not included in room rates). Business travelers will enjoy the two conference rooms and small business center. Scene
Art Deco hotel originally built in 1932
Hotel Le Grand Pavois is an Art Deco-inspired hotel, originally built in 1932. Guests are welcomed into a fairly small lobby, which opens out into the Lobby Bar on one side and the breakfast area on the other side. Decor includes marble flooring, Art Deco-inspired artwork and decor, and a small lounge area. There's a small billiards room that overlooks the lobby, with a large French Billiards table and four low-back chairs with checkered cushion covers. The breakfast area highlights the historical architecture with modern decor and furnishings, including high textured ceilings, wooden floors, old-fashioned red cushioned chairs, and modern artwork. The Lounge Bar features an Art Deco theme with wooden floors, large arched windows, a brick fireplace, large central grand piano, and several Art Deco-inspired pieces of artwork and decor. The atmosphere is relaxed with a jazzy vibe. Guests here are mostly leisure travelers, particularly couples, as well as a few business travelers.
