Luxe high-rise hotel in downtown Phoenix
Opened in 2011, the 242-room Westin offers upscale and sophisticated design and a convenient downtown location. The hotel has a modern and understated look that very subtly hints at its Southwest location, with glass decor, polished stone walls, and dark wood textures. The outdoor heated pool, located on the second floor, is a tad small for the size of the hotel, but the deck area offers impressive views. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the hotel deliver great views of Phoenix's downtown skyscrapers. For business travelers visiting Phoenix, the hotel is a solid pick.
