The K+K Hotel Cayre is part of a small, family-owned European hotel chain, and its style and features meet international expectations for four-pearl properties. The Beaux Arts building has large automatic doors that open onto a large lobby with marble floors, sophisticated furniture, and a neutral color scheme. There is a stylish bar in the corner of the lobby. The wellness area with a sauna, massage room, and fitness center is rare in Paris, even among upscale hotels.Though the hotel is most popular with couples, it also has features orientated towards a business clientele. including a business lounge and a meeting room equipped with overhead projector and computers.

The K+K Cayre hotel has an excellent location at the crossroads of Boulevard Saint Germain and Boulevard Raspail in the Saint Germain quarter, a Left Bank neighborhood famous for its high-end designer shops and classic Parisian cafes. It's also within walking distance of popular tourist sights; it's only an eight-minute walk to the Musée d'Orsay and a 15-minute walk to the Louvre. The Place de la Concorde is just a few minutes farther. The hotel is close to metro lines 12 and 14, which can shuttle visitors to farther-flung tourist sights such as Montmartre and La Bastille, which are a 20-minute ride away.

The 125 rooms are contemporary and stylish. Though lacking the Parisian charm (and quirks) found at some competing properties, they live up to international expectations for an upscale hotel. The quality down duvets are accented with green and purple throws and accent pillows, and notable amenities include slippers and coffee/tea facilities (bathrobes are available upon request). Just note that some of the Classic Rooms are quite small, and the double beds consist of two single beds with individual bedding pushed together. Some rooms have lovely views of the street, while others face an inner courtyard. The clean bathrooms have black marble countertops and heated floors.
