Super 8 by Wyndham Orlando International Drive

The Super 8 Orlando International Drive is a budget property housed in a low-rise motel-style building with wraparound balconies that give direct entry to rooms from the exterior. The small, homey lobby has a cozy corner sitting area with wood floors and leather couches facing a flat-screen TV. The breakfast area has a similar feel with wood floors, wooden furnishings, and a couple of round tables offering seating. Public spaces are limited and fairly plain and basic, but there is an outdoor pool and patio area with metal tables and chairs, though not particularly scenic as it overlooks the parking lot. 

The Super 8 Orlando International Drive is located next to the I-4 Highway and under a 15-minute walk to attractions like Congo River Golf, Wet ‘n Wild, Fun Spot USA, and several restaurants and shops. The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, Festival Bay Mall, Universal CityWalk, and Universal Studios Orlando are a five-minute drive from the hotel, while SeaWorld Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center are a 10-minute drive. Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and the Orlando International Airport are 20-minutes away.

These clean and bright rooms feature pleasant decor that includes salmon-colored accent walls adorned with large black-and-white photographs, colorful patterned bedspreads, yellow armchairs, and either carpeted or wooden floors. Coffeemakers sit on top of dark wood furniture while flat-screen TVs are mounted above work desks. All rooms are also equipped with mini-fridges, safes, and microwaves. Bathrooms feature separate sink areas with lots of vanity space and standard shower/tub combos. Some rooms have a musty odor though, and many guests complain the Wi-Fi is slow or there's no signal.

The outdoor pool resides next to the parking lot and has a few padded lounge chairs on the surrounding sun deck in addition to outdoor showers. There's also a small outdoor patio area with metal tables and chairs, though this overlooks the parking lot. Free breakfast includes cinnamon rolls, waffles, coffee, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The hotel has coin-operated laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi is free throughout (though there are complaints of spotty service). A business center and local area shuttle are available, but with an added fee.
