The modern style isn't consistent though, and the adjacent lounge and breakfast area -- with bulky leather sofas and chairs, a floral-patterned carpet, a wooden coffee table with magazines, and light wood breakfast tables and chairs -- has a more dated style. In fact, the look throughout is a bit of a hodgepodge, as hallways are also bright and modern, like the lobby. The hotel's seasonal outdoor pool and fitness center are simple and spare, but serve their purpose just fine.
