This modern chain has the feel of a boutique hotel, with clean and modern interiors that feature trendy decor. A chandelier hangs from the high ceiling in the lobby, where the reception counters are ringed in crimson tile. The breakfast area has sleek white tables and counters with high stools, with chairs and banquettes upholstered in red patterned fabric. The pool area, surrounded by palm trees, has a resort-like feel, with loungers lining the sundeck and a shaded patio with tables and chairs. The pool and hot tub are lit at night, so while there’s no bar on-site, it’s a nice place to gather. 

The hotel is located on a busy main road next to a Red Roof Inn and an IHOP, and across from a car dealership. The road turns into 5th Avenue in Downtown Naples, which is lined with restaurants, shops, and cafes. The Tin City Shops -- a shopping and dining area housed in former clam-shelling, oyster-processing, and boat-building facilities on the Gordon River -- are a five-minute drive or 12-minute walk, and it’s a few minutes farther to the heart of Downtown Naples. Naples Beach is under a 10-minute drive, and the Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens takes about the same time. Southwest Florida International Airport is a 40-minute drive from here.

These spacious rooms are sleek and modern with contemporary decor and a neutral color palette that favors grays accented by red bed runners and abstract art on the walls. Dark wood furniture is paired with large, comfortable beds topped in crisp, white linens, while large windows fill the rooms with natural light. All rooms come with flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, coffeemakers, iPod docks, work desks, irons/ironing boards, and free Wi-Fi. Suites have separate living rooms as well as dining areas and kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators, microwaves, and small sinks. Bathrooms are fairly standard, with long faux-marble vanities and curtained shower/tub combos.

The hotel serves a free buffet breakfast with eggs, cereals, baked goods, and a pancake machine in a sunny, modern dining room. Drinks and snacks are for sale in the lobby. There's a lovely outdoor pool with a hot tub and large stone sundeck lined with loungers. The 24-hour fitness room is small and has a mix of cardio and weight machines, a set of free weights, and an exercise ball. A small meeting room fits 40 people, and there's a business corner with two desktop computers and printers. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
