Cove Inn on Naples Bay is a
three-storied U-shaped building with balconies overlooking either the garden or
the marina. The public spaces are decked out in a nautical theme which is a bit
dated and may not appeal to all, while the rooms are tastefully decorated in a
more classical style. The property first opened in the ‘60s as a hotel and was
then converted as a condo-hotel in the ‘70s. It is especially popular as a
holiday retreat for retirees who mostly travel here as couples. The vibe is
relaxed and informal, and the dockside restaurants and bars are especially
popular with guests.

the balcony or terrace, and each has air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, tea-
and coffee-making facilities, a digital music player, mini-fridge, microwave, free Wi-Fi, plus Neutrogena toiletries and a hairdryer in the
bathroom. There are four categories of rooms available: Hotel Rooms have 375
square feet of space, and Efficiency Rooms are 500 square feet with a kitchen and a
separate vanity and dressing area. One-Bedroom Apartments are 730 square feet with a
living/dining room area, kitchen, and bedroom with attached bathroom. And the
1,300-square-feet Penthouse has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a living/dining
area, and kitchen.

medium-sized and has an attached bar called the Chickee Bar, which is only open
to hotel guests and yacht club members. The Dock Restaurant is in a pleasant
location right by the water’s edge and also has an indoor section decorated
like a boathouse. And as expected, the Boathouse Restaurant, serving steak and seafood, is similarly nautical, while the Yacht Club Tiki Bar is another waterside bar. The
Coffee Shop in the lobby area is very popular with locals for its pancake
breakfasts. The lobby also has a computer workstation for guests' use, and Wi-Fi is free throughout.
