Mykonian Mare Luxury Boutique Hotel

Mykonian Mare has a serene atmosphere, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Most of the hotel -- inside and out -- is done in white with stone or wood accents. Some areas, like the lobby, employ matted gold and silver, which creates a sophisticated and beautiful space. The restaurant has gray and gold accents, plus elements like white wicker chairs and a neatly thatched roof, for an elegant design with a beachy feel. The scenic surrounds and peaceful atmosphere draw couples looking for a quiet retreat, and most are impressed with the offerings. 

Mykonian Mare Luxury Suites is in Agios Stefanos, on the western shore of the Greek island Mykonos. It is a popular area for its beautiful beach and proximity to the port, but there’s not much in the immediate vicinity besides other hotels. However, the hotel is a quick six-minute walk from the sandy beach, where there are a few restaurants and a car rental agency. It is a four-minute drive from the island's main port, where a grocery store and boat excursions are available. The town of Mykonos is a 16-minute drive away and offers museums, historic sites, galleries, and many good restaurants. Mykonos Island National Airport is an 18-minute drive from the hotel. 

Beautiful rooms with a minimalist white and gray design have a soothing atmosphere. Some rooms have an accent color, often blue or gold. Coco-Mat mattresses on king-size beds with extra pillows make for a cozy sleep. Some balconies have lovely sea views, though others look over a natural landscape with less appeal. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, CD player, minibar, and a free safe, though there is no coffeemaker. Some upgraded rooms include an “in-suite spa”, which offers choices like a hammam cabin or hot tub and digital lighting options, while others include sofa beds for an additional guest and private pools. Extras like turndown service and newspaper delivery are available. Bathrooms are sleek and modern with vessel sinks and walled shower stalls, though a shower window looking into the toilet space may be uncomfortable for some. Hairdryers, robes, and slippers are provided, and a nice range of free toiletries include soaps, shampoo, lotion, and a sewing kit. 

Quality amenities offer a relaxing stay in picturesque surroundings. The on-site restaurant is open all day, serving delicious Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. A sumptuous free breakfast buffet is available, with both Greek and American dishes. Breakfast is served on a lovely terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. 

A small pool sits on a lovely patio with a breathtaking view of the sea. It has a serene atmosphere with white tile and a white pebble bed surrounding the water, plus some stylish wood benches. White beanbag chairs take the place of sunbeds, and there are a few large white umbrellas for shade. Stone walls surround the area, giving it an authentic, natural feel. Though it's right on the coast, there’s no beach in front of the hotel as the shoreline is rocky and inaccessible. Spa and hairdressing services are available, and there’s a small fitness room. Free round-trip transfer to and from the airport is a nice extra. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
