Furnishings are kept to a minimum, limited to a few armchairs and tables arranged next to the large windows. The overwhelming majority of guests here are business travelers attending meetings or events at the nearby Munchen Messe exhibition center or Am Moosfeld Business Park.

The Munchen Messe exhibition center is close by, as is the Am Moosfeld Business Park, an office and technology park. It's a convenient location for business travelers attending events at these corporate venues, but otherwise, the area does not offer much of interest to the average tourist. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the Berg am Laim S-Bahn station is about a 15-minute walk away, offering direct connections to the city center.
