Scene

Pretty B&B with charming breakfast patio

Part of a village that was completed in 1923,
Belcanto B&B is in a row of colorful bungalows with façades in red, orange,
and purple. Some of the building’s original features have been preserved, including wooden flooring and a staircase with wrought iron rails and wooden
handrails. The former bath tub has been moved to the garden. Breakfast is
served in a room with a flat-screen TV and a wooden dining table. A decorative
gilded mirror with an antique feel decorates one wall and a small piano is in the back of the room. A charming terrace with black
patio furniture offers a spot for guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors in a space
that faces a garden filled with leafy trees.

Location

In a residential neighborhood across from the tram stop

Belcanto B&B is located in a peaceful, residential
neighborhood outside the city center. There’s a supermarket within walking
distance and a weekly street market nearby. In front of the hotel is a tram
stop, and Central Station can be reached within 15 minutes by tram. The Duomo
can be reached in under a half hour by city bus. It's less than a 10-minute
drive to Linate Airport and within an hour's drive of Malpensa Airport.

Rooms

Airy rooms with cramped modern bathrooms

Belcanto
B&B has four rooms, including two attic rooms with white ceiling beams.
Rooms are airy with crisp white bedding and wooden floors. Decor is basic but charming, and includes a mix
of pretty antique pieces and sleek modern pieces. All rooms have flat-screen
TVs with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, and kettles. Some rooms have minibars.
Bathrooms are modern but cramped, and tiled in shades of blue or taupe with small stand-up showers, heated towel racks, and
makeup mirrors.
