But by contrast, the lobby and breakfast room are new and modern, with hardwood floors, walls painted teal and lime green, and conical glass light fixtures. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Sant'Ambrogio metro station and a 20-minute walk to the Duomo. More local attractions include the Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio, 10 minutes away on foot, and the Museum of Science and Technology, 15 minutes on foot. It’s a 45-minute drive to the Malpensa Airport and or about an hour via public transportation.
