On the upper edge of South Beach, along Collins Canal and a six-minute walk to the beach
Life House Collins Park is on Park Avenue and 22nd St., three blocks (six-minute walk) from the ocean. Though most of the South Beach scene is 10 blocks south, there's plenty of fine dining and trendy clubs within walking distance. Guests can easily walk to the W South Beach, Shore Club, or Delano. The hotel's location is ideal for travelers that want to experience South Beach, but then retreat to a moderately calmer area. The hotel does have a van shuttle that will take guests anywhere between 1st St. and 41st St.
The popular Lincoln Road Mall is a 14-minute walk away and Ocean Drive is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Miami International Airport is a 28-minute drive away. The hotel has valet parking (for $35 a day during our visit), which is typical for nearby Miami hotels.
