The Shoreline is an adults-only hotel with a relaxed atmosphere that attracts vacationing couples. The exterior of the hotel looks dated and plain with a tired entrance sign and an uninteresting color palette. The lobby is small and has a generic, dated feel with blue carpeting, cushioned wicker armchairs, and large windows that let in a fair bit of natural light. There's also a bookshelf with DVDs and paperbacks and free tea and coffee are available throughout the day. There's also a small brick patio with patio furniture flanked by tropical shrubbery and a brick barbecue area with cooking utensils.

shopping center with a supermarket and a drugstore within a 15-minute walk. Local points of interest, such as Alligator
Attractions, John’s Pass and Village Boardwalk, and Smuggler’s Cover Adventure
Golf are a five-minute drive from the hotel while the War Veteran Memorial Park takes 10 minutes to reach by car. The Clearwater Marine
Aquarium, Tropicana Field, the Salvador Dali Museum, Sunken Gardens, and
St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport are all around a half-hour drive away.

The Shoreline offers One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, Studio, and Suite options, all with blue carpeting, walls, and cushions. Living areas have pale-green recliners, while dining areas have wood chairs and glass-topped tables. All rooms have sliding glass doors that let in lots of natural light as well as balconies with seating, some of which look out onto the ocean. Flat-screen TVs, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans come standard, and many rooms have washer/dryers. All units have kitchens with full-size refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, toasters, and coffeemakers; some also have dishwashers. Bathrooms are small and basic, with speckled granite countertops and shower/tub combos. Lord & Mayfair toiletries are provided.

However, there's not much room to sit down and eat. The resort also has a business corner in the lobby with a printer and Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Free indoor and outdoor parking are also offered.
