Scene
Family-friendly hotel with a lively social scene and manicured grounds
Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos features white stucco buildings arranged in a horseshoe around the massive freeform pool, which is the main hub of activity and entertainment. Bustling with guests, servers, and entertainment staff -- the pool stays busy throughout the day. Music plays from morning to evening by the pool creating a convivial atmosphere. The roped-off beach area is technically private and only for guests, but venders do walk along Playa el Medano hawking their wares and services. With prime beachfront property on the most most swimmable beach in Cabo, expect to see guests from sister resorts hanging out as well, so the beach and pool area can get a bit overrun at times. Neighboring beach clubs can be noisy during spring break season, but some might enjoy the party and activity of Los Cabos during that popular time of year. The two restaurants tend to stay busy throughout the day. Cilantros has a lovely bar overlooking the beach, which is nice for a few drinks before hitting downtown Cabo San Lucas for a night out. Guests are a mix of American and Mexican travelers, but predominantly older couples and families frequent this resort. Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos is the simplest of Pueblo Bonito resort family. Those looking for more bells and whistles should consider Pueblo Bonito Rose which has a lovely spa and beauty salon. While those who prefer a quieter, more upscale resort might choose Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf and Spa Resort which is pricier, but adult-only and farther away from downtown Cabo.
