From the immaculate Victorian facade to the bright, airy lobby, the Luna Simone Hotel is pleasant, clean, and cheerful. Lots of natural wood and light-colored panels in both the lobby and breakfast room add to the fresh and peaceful vibe. The hotel is divided into two sides -- the Luna on the left and the Simone side on the right -- with the lobby placed neatly in the middle. It makes for a bit of tricky navigation, but what better way to experience the quirks of ancient Victorian architecture?

Turn the corner though, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a five-minute walk. The Luna Simone is located between Victoria and Pimlico tube stations, near the popular Westminster section of central London. Bus 24, which stops right outside the hotel, goes to Victoria Station (with connections to Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport), Westminster Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, and Trafalgar Square.
