Signature Living has a few locations throughout Liverpool, all of which include spacious apartments. These apartments come in a variety of sizes from one-bedroom units with kitchens to larger, multi-room spaces that are ideal for big groups. The design is stylish and modern, although some of the furniture is showing signs of natural wear. Wi-Fi is free and many guests note the personal service they received. The Signature Living Hotel sister property, where the reception is housed, is just down the street.

Classy apartments in a historic converted building
Formerly a historic industrial space, Signature Living is a refurbished property that has kept some of the building's original charm. Vaulted brick ceilings and iron columns reveal the building's past. Decor is modern, if a bit masculine in some instances, but the space overall has a clean and classy feel.
Location
Central location near main attractions
Signature Living Apartments is located just down the street from Liverpool Lime Street Station, with train and bus access to all major UK cities as well as Mersey Rail access to stops all around Liverpool. The apartments are also a short walk from the Matthew Street bar/club district, as well as a number of notable shops and restaurants in the downtown core. The Liverpool One shopping center is nearby and Albert Dock and the city's waterfront is a 10-minute walk away.

Spacious, modern apartments with kitchens
The apartments at Signature Living have modern furniture and cool kitchens. There are washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, and electric kettles. The look is upscale and design-forward; in some rooms, it's a bit quirky and whimsical, like in the 3-Bed Apartment we saw with plush maroon button sofas, psychedelic wavy wallpaper, and an intricate white and metallic chair. In other rooms, the clean lines and dark colors (like the black leather headboards) looks a bit masculine. There are some entertaining extras including Playstations, iPod docks, and MP3 players in some of the rooms. There are some nice historic touches of the original building including exposed brick walls. Some rooms do seem like they need a little TLC (there have been instances of broken appliances and lighting).

There are not many features to note at these long-stay apartments. There is free Wi-Fi, but toiletries are not included. The rooms do have iPod docks and Playstations. The Signature Living Hotel is right down the street and guests of the apartments can use the restaurant there (any customer service inquiries can be made at its reception as well).
