Scene
Modern chain hotel geared towards business travelers
Courtyard Lima Miraflores is a relatively new property, with modern infrastructure and design. The outside resembles many modern chain hotels in Lima. The 10-story building features a glass exterior overlooking the two streets. Inside, the decor is modern and spacious with a neutral and earthy color scheme. The lobby leads into an open space with numerous spots to relax or have a casual meeting; this space also leads into the restaurant, Bistro 400. The restaurant features a mix of traditional table and chair seating as well as more comfortable sofa-type seating and even private pods with individual flat-screen TVs for informal meetings. The large windows bring in natural light and the vinyl floors, lightly-colored furniture, small accent pieces, and wood-paneled ceiling all contribute to making this a relaxed and welcoming space. Overall, the atmosphere is sober though still quite relaxed. Many business travelers stay here, with a few tourists.
