The Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur has a covered walkway to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, an added convenience for guests attending business functions. But despite its business-focus, the hotel is also a favorite of vacationing couples who want to take advantage of The SkyBar, located on the 33rd floor of the hotel, a popular nightclub with views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Nightly DJ music sets the scene for club-goers who want to dance or huddle up on couches by the windows to take in the views of the lit-up towers at night, cocktail in hand. The lobby is a contemporary, bright space with modern patterned carpet and clusters of lounge chairs. The On The Go cafe on the ground floor has patio seating directly across from the park so guests can enjoy the scenic views. This is a sleek property that attracts both leisure and business travelers, but some guests have complained about less than warm service. 

This hotel has a covered walkway to the KLCC Convention Centre and free golf cart shuttles to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre where the Petronas Twin Towers are located as well as shopping malls, a mosque, an aquarium, and a park offering a jogging track, swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, and a lake. Walk-in showers and separate soaking tubs are standard, as are the magnifying mirrors, toiletries, and bathroom phones. Guests staying in Trader Club have access to club benefits such as free breakfast, high tea, and evening refreshments, but guests reveal the club isn’t as nice as others at comparable hotels. 

This hotel has a narrow, indoor pool under a large skylight with lounge chairs. It’s located next to the popular rooftop nightclub and hours are limited. This property has several dining options, including a grill that specializes in steaks and a buffet with rotating menus. The bright fitness center has stair-steppers and treadmills lined up in front of windows with views of the Petronas Twin Towers, in addition to free weights and other weight-lifting and cardio equipment. There’s also a spa offering massages, a sauna, and steam bath. Several meeting rooms are available as well as a business center, and Wi-Fi is free throughout. Guests with cars can make use of the hotel's free parking.
