The mirrored pillars and large mirrored walls make the room feel more spacious, though give it a slightly more cold feel. It's a completely different atmosphere in the Drink Bar, with jet black walls, clear plastic bar stools, and neon pink bar. There's also an outdoor terrace with more casual seating. Guests are a combination of business and leisure travelers, since the location and features suit both.

Best Western Plus Krakow Old Town has an ideal location for tourists looking to explore the city's main attractions. It's situated on a busy street overlooking the historic Planty Gardens. Both The Cloth Hall, one of the city's most recognizable icons, and St. Mary’s Basilica are about a seven-minute walk from the hotel.
